Client Responsibilities

Payment Terms

Fees: When you sign up for our services, you agree to pay all the fees specified in the service agreement for the Services. Fee adjustments may occur with prior notice.Payment Schedule: Payments are due according to the schedule specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.Refunds: All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

Confidentiality

Jaabsha Marketing commits to maintaining the confidentiality of our customer's information. We do not disclose our customers information to third parties without the client's prior consent. The only exception is when required by law.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: All materials produced by Jaabsha Marketing. This includes, but not limited to content, graphics, automated systems, and marketing strategies. All these things remain the intellectual property of Jaabsha Marketing until full payment is made.License: Once the full amount of the agreed upon payment for services provided by Jaabsha Marketing has been made, you (the client) are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to the material and services provided. However, the client is not permitted to repurpose or resell the content.

Limitation of Liability

Jaabsha Marketing shall not be liable for directs, direct, or consequential damages, including but not limited to profit loss, reputation, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of Jaabsha Marketing services. Any liability or damages to the clients business shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the Services. This limitation of liability is binding by the terms of the agreement between Jaabsha Marketing and the client and applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination Of Services

By Client: The Client is allowed to terminate the agreed upon service by providing written notice 30 days in

advance.By

Jaabsha Marketing: We reserve the right to terminate the service agreement if the client fails to comply with these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Amendments

Jaabsha Marketing reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you (the client) of any changes to the services provided. Your continued use of the Services after being notified of changes to the services, constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jaabsha Marketing operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration in the jurisdiction of Jaabsha Marketing's principal place of business.
